Ohio State Procurement Contract
Ohio-based agency or governmental agency may purchase goods or services on the same terms established for GSA customers
Our Ohio State Term contract leverages Garland's GSA Federal Supply Schedule to the benefit of all governmental entities in the State of Ohio. The contract prices used represent GSA's most favored customer (MFC) status.
Any Ohio-based agency or governmental agency may purchase goods or services from the Ohio State Term Schedule on the same terms established for Garland's GSA customers. Counties, municipalities, special districts, junior colleges, school districts, regional planning commissions, and all other political subdivisions of the state are eligible to participate. Purchases authorized by the Ohio State Term Schedule satisfy all State of Ohio law relating to competitive bids and proposals.
As the GSA and Ohio State Term Schedule holder, our sister company, The Garland Company, Inc., offers the federally negotiated pricing to DBS customers. As the certified installer under Garland's GSA and Ohio State Term contracts, DBS is positioned to offer this federally negotiated pricing coupled with turnkey general contracting services by developing Guaranteed Maximum Price budgets based upon the line item pricing submitted in the Ohio State Term Schedule. DBS then assumes responsibility for inviting multiple local contractors from the Garland network of pre-qualified contractors to add further value to the contract with competitive site-specific pricing that takes into account local labor rates. DBS manages the process from start to finish, to minimize the administrative burden on public agencies.
