Construction Management

Offering the flexibility to select the level of construction management support you need

DBS offers the flexibility to select the level of construction management support you need on a project-to-project basis. In addition to the traditional role of general contractor, DBS can incorporate design and engineering aspects into one contract as a turnkey design builder. In situations where general contracting is not preferred and your resources for overseeing a project are limited, DBS can act as an extension of your team by providing design assistance and/or construction management services. We believe that this ensures your best interests are incorporated into each phase of the construction process. Each contracting option can be used to manage a full range of commercial construction services, including but not limited to:

  • New roofing
  • Replacement design and installation
  • Inspection, maintenance and repair, including 24-hour leak response
  • Building envelope waterproofing, maintenance and repair
